Meet Erin Kay Parks, ACNP-BC, FNP-BC
Erin is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She received her Masters and Post Masters at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, following her undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Southeast Missouri State University.
She also is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and more.
Erin most recently served as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner/Family Nurse Practitioner and Emergency Room Nurse Practitioner at Parkland Health Center. Prior to that she worked as a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner at SSM St. Mary's.
Erin was born and raised in Farmington and is happy to be providing cardiovascular care in her home town.
