Dr. Bryan Piotrowski

Dr. Piotrowski is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology and is a Registered Physician in Vascular interpretation.  He is board certified in Vascular and Endovascular medicine, including treatment of peripheral arterial and venous diseases.  He received his medical degree from St. Louis University with cum laude honors.  His cardiology training includes three years of fellowship in cardiovascular diseases and another year in interventional cardiology at St. Louis University.  Click here to learn more.

Mark Chin M.D.

Dr. Mark Chin

Dr. Mark Chin is a cardiologist with over 40 years of experience and a history of serving the community of Farmington, Missouri. Dr. Chin attended Taipei Medical University, where he received his medical degree, and completed his internship, residency, and fellowship at St. Luke's Hospital in Chesterfield. Dr. Chin is certified in cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.  Dr. Chin formally retired from working as a full time provider in the spring of 2021.  Dr. Chin is eager to return to the practice of cardiology providing the highest quality care to our patients.  His expertise and experiences are an asset to his patients and to the community.

Our providers will have clinic hours at Madison Medical twice a month on Thursday mornings. 

The address of the clinic is 611 W. Main Street, Fredericktown, MO 63645. Our office will be set up in the Outpatient Clinic Department of the hospital.

Brittany Nicole Rogers, DMS, PA-C

"Niki" is a board certified PHYSICIAN assistant with experience in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.  Niki completed her graduate degree from University of Missouri Columbia and completed her Physician assistant program with Missouri State University.  Niki has experience and research knowledge specifically focused in areas of neuroscience including Stokes, TIA, and neuropathy.  As a member of the community, Niki has developed relationships with many of the area providers. In May of 2022, Niki received her Doctor of Medical Science degree from Butler University.

Masks are optional unless a patient is symptomatic or has been exposed to COVID in the past ten days. ​ While we encourage our patients to obtain COVID vaccinations, we acknowledge there are patients who have chosen to not receive the vaccination at this time.  As a result, we are asking our patients to help us in these unprecedented times.  If you have tested positive for COVID or been in direct contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID within the past 10 days, please inform our office staff prior to coming into the office for your appointment.  If you have been experiencing fatigue, a cough or fever of any kind, please inform us prior to coming into the office.  We will do our best to evaluate you over the phone to determine if it is appropriate to postpone your appointment for a few weeks.
